A partner-to-partner coaching + collaboration experience
Many executives have no access to leadership counsel and advice, but nearly everyone wants it. Having executive-level peers who can relate and offer feedback helps as you face challenges and milestones in your business. That’s why I created executive peer groups specifically for Salesforce Consulting Partner firms — to provide peer advice and support.

These groups are small, a max of 8 executives, letting you quickly build trust and learn from each other. Groups meet once per month for a 90-minute session. We’ll cover off on key topics from Go-to-Market strategies to employee onboarding and practice development — whatever the group, or individual executives, need to discuss. There will be guest speakers from Salesforce and elsewhere to provide additional insights, plus a Slack channel for ongoing communication and collaboration.
who’s Joining?
C-level executives of Salesforce consulting partners (size: 10-1,000), and VP/MDs of consulting firms or agencies with any size Salesforce practice.
the Commitment
Commitment builds trust. Executives commit to 6 months of participation. Extra meetings and (possible) in-person events are optional.
the cost
A tiered nominal monthly fee payable quarterly or annually secures your spot. Fees are based on Salesforce partner tier (Summit +, Crest and below).
